Preparation paths
Make your interview answers inspectable
Build a story bank, rehearse original scenarios and prepare useful follow-up questions.
Work toward one useful output: a small set of examples and decisions you can explain without a script.
1. Confirm the format
Ask for the duration, participants and any exercise instructions. Do not assume a question list from another employer predicts your interview. The question guide contains original practice prompts.
2. Build your story bank
Choose examples of a result, setback, difficult decision, collaboration and learning. Use the story-bank guide. Keep your own responsibility distinct from the team's contribution.
3. Rehearse a decision
Practice discovery, then a price objection. Ask a partner to change one fact during the attempt. Explain how the new information changes your next step.
4. Debrief and repeat
Write one sentence you would change, rather than rating yourself “good” or “bad.” The Interview Workbook adds worked scenarios, 30 prompts, editable logs and two mock formats. Its preview is free. Finish with a short follow-up email grounded in the conversation.
