How customer help and order recovery work during the site's prelaunch period.
The site is currently in preparation. Purchases and customer email delivery remain closed while the owner finishes service setup. No monitored support address is being advertised yet.
Existing order access
When sales are active, the access recovery page will send an order link to the verified purchase email. An order number alone will not grant access. Keep order links private.
Service questions
Read the resume-review scope before ordering. The service covers one resume and one target role, with written feedback rather than a complete rewrite. Intake opens only for a confirmed service purchase.
Support before activation
A monitored support address, the seller's legal identity and final contact details must be published before checkout opens. Until then, use the free guides and previews. Do not send resumes or confidential information through an unrelated portfolio site's contact channel.
