Practical preparation

Build a sales brag book that explains your contribution

Create an interview evidence file with context, ownership and defensible results.

An evidence file is useful when an interviewer can see what happened, what you personally did and why it matters for the role. Territory Plan & Brag Book Workshop provides blank and completed achievement pages, with a checklist for presenting them.

One page, one achievement

Use five sections: situation, responsibility, action, result and evidence. Keep the responsibility statement separate from the team result.

For a fictional seller, the result might be $1.2 million against a $1 million annual quota: 120% attainment. The action could describe account planning and follow-up. The evidence might be a redacted internal summary, where sharing is permitted. The quota result alone does not explain which part the candidate owned.

A clinical applicant can instead show an approved process improvement or education contribution. Do not translate a care responsibility into sales ownership unless there was a real commercial responsibility.

What to leave out

Remove customer names, patient information, confidential pricing, restricted employer documents and unverified numbers. A colorful screenshot is not worth breaching an obligation. You can explain the calculation and your contribution without including the original confidential document.

Clearly label fictional practice pages. Never put a worked example from a book into your personal achievement history.

Select for the interview

A short file with three relevant achievements is easier to discuss than a stack of unexplained awards. Choose one page that shows execution, one that shows a difficult decision and one that shows what you learned. The right selection depends on the actual role.

Rehearse a 60-second explanation and a deeper follow-up for each. Your listener should be able to ask how the result was measured and what another team member contributed.

What the paid workshop adds

The workshop connects the evidence file to a conditional territory plan. It includes worked candidate cases, an account-priority exercise, presentation questions and editable templates. Read the real excerpt and browse the file list. It does not supply credentials, fabricated achievements or a done-for-you representation of your career.
